Jason Connell has been either employed or self-employed within the banking and finance industry for the past 30 years. He states the most dominate ingredient in all financial transactions is the human element. Lee-Maree is the office manager tasked with ensuring the business runs like clockwork. Her functions are many and varied but ultimately her function is to ensure the communication between the buyer, lender and solicitor are all in-sync culminating in the settlement being achieved on time every time.
Finance is an industry reliant upon efficiency, communication and competency so an experienced operator is one who can bring together all essential ingredients to make things happen. Lee-Maree is one such person who can facilitate the changes needed to satisfy all parties in property transactions and importantly 'make it happen'.
Just like the rest of our team your meetings or communication with Lee-Maree will always be a pleasant, courteous and focused on meeting your necessities. Lee-Maree brings a nice balance to the team offering the feminine touch and the competency of her many years of administrational responsibilities.

Kirsten has operated within the banking industry for the past 30 years. Prior to joining our team Kirsten worked within the banking retail branch network, business banking and private banking in both NSW and Victoria.
There is a passion about assisting clients and rejoicing in the successes as they reach their dreams whether it be their first home or buying an investment property or even purchasing a new motor vehicle.
Our focus is solely set on assisting our clientele to achieve their goals. An old fashion hands on approach, great communication and a dedicated service will always be our philosophy.

2022 now heralds the completion of 19 years in the finance industry providing information and suitable options to all our valued clientele. During this time, we have focused on maintaining a personalised service to better understand our clients needs and their future objectives.
Our office is located in Burleigh Waters on the Gold Coast, but our reach is both national and international in providing financial solutions. We provide financial assistance in securing home loans, business and commercial finance, asset finance, debt consolidation, insurance, refinancing and personal loans.

Our team is both dedicated to providing our clientele with the very best possible service but just as importantly have an inherent need to ensure that we support our community where possible. We contribute in fund raising for the MND (Motor Neuron Disease) foundation each year and undertake some of their annual fund-raising activities.
We are also very proud to say that we sponsor two children through ‘The Smith Family’ initiative ensuring the best available education and support for those less privileged. Members of our team are also active members of the Gold Coast community and assist with local Surf lifesaving functions together with school sporting and social activities.
