Step Two
Income documentation
Evidence of your income is also required depending on your employment status.
If you are working for an employer:
- Group Certificate.
- Tax assessment or last year's tax returns.
- A current payslip or a letter of employment detailing employment conditions.
If you are self employed:
- Last financial year tax return including tax assessment notice.

Important note:
Lender requirements may vary depending on the type of loan for which you are applying. For example, Lo doc loans may require less documentation than specified above. For more information please ask your Finance Future Financial Specialist.
